About Elitewheels
Since 2013, Elitewheels has been focusing on the design and production of lightweight carbon fiber bicycle wheels.
As they manufacture the wheels in their own factory, Elitewheels does not need to outsource production. Because of this, they have more control over production and quality control. This allows Elitewheels to adapt very quickly to an ever-changing market and better meet customer needs. The goal is to change the way we think about carbon bike wheels by offering premium products at radically fair prices.
Investing heavily in research and development since its inception, Elitewheels has continued to grow, becoming a well-known brand in the industry. The number of distributors working with them grew rapidly. Elitewheels aims to expand its dealer network to better provide service and support riders worldwide.
2013
Elitewheels began to expand its global dealer network and signed a number of famous teams and riders. Their wheels can now be seen in professional racing.
2015
Elitewheels established a bicycle hub research and development team and purchased FANUC CNC equipment, which was imported from Japan. The subsidiary was created and the Elitewheels brand was born.
2016
Elitewheels traveled to USA to participate in Interbike International Bicycle Expo. In 2019, Elitewheels traveled to Taiwan to participate in the Taipei Cycle Bike Show.
2022
Elitewheels began to expand its global dealer network and signed a number of famous teams and riders.

We value our customers and strive for excellent customer satisfaction. Each new wheel purchased from Le Service Course benefits from a 3-year warranty. Our warranty is a statement of Elitewheels continued commitment to manufacturing high quality products.
When does the warranty start? How long does it last?
The 3-year limited warranty begins on the date the wheels are delivered. It ends on the same date three years later. The warranty period runs from the date of original purchase and does not reset if there is a replacement rim or other part.
Which wheels are covered by the warranty?
All new wheels purchased from Le Service Course are covered by the warranty.
Are used rims under warranty?
The warranty program is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers wheels, spokes, nipples and hubs. The limited warranty only covers problems caused by non-external factors during the warranty period. We offer replacement for defects in materials or workmanship.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Vulnerable parts such as bearings, valves, quick releases, thru axles and brake pads.
Improper assembly or maintenance.
Installation of parts, accessories or tires not originally intended or compatible with the rims/wheels.
Damage or failure caused by accident, accidental damage, misuse of the product, heat damage (usually caused by the wheel being placed too close to the vehicle's exhaust), failure to meet application specifications of the manufacturer or any other external factor.
Use of straight spokes.
Exceeding the maximum wheel weight limit
Exceeding the tire pressure indicated on the wheel product page
Driving on terrain and in conditions not suitable for the type of wheels used
Using a wheel not designed for the eMTB riding on an eMTB
Where can the wheels be serviced?
While your wheels are under warranty, we can have your wheels serviced at one of our service centers. Once you have submitted your warranty claim and we have contacted you, we will let you know where your wheel can be repaired.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Contact us direct, with full details of your wheels including date of purchase and order number - we will provide you with a quote and further information.
ACCIDENT REPLACEMENT POLICY
Unfortunately, accidents happen. Elitewheels offers a unique service to its customers whose wheels have been damaged by external factors such as an accident.
What is covered by the accident replacement policy?
To help you out when needed, Elitewheels offers replacement rims, spokes and hubs at a discounted price. Contact us for a replacement quote.
Are all wheels covered by the accident replacement policy?
All wheels purchased from Le Service Course are covered with a few exceptions. Disc wheels and wheels with six spokes or less, such as the Drive Six and Velo TT, are not covered by the accident replacement policy.
How do I get a replacement quote?
Contact us directly, with details of your wheels, including date of purchase and order number. We will then contact you with your quote and further information.
How long can I benefit from the accident replacement policy?
All wheels purchased from Le Service Course come with a standard 3 year warranty. The accident replacement policy lasts as long as the warranty.
