Can I order as a guest without having to open a customer account?
You need to open an account on the site to make a purchase. Don't worry, it's easy to do!
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum number of orders. You can order all the material you want from us at no additional cost.
How can I cancel certain items or the whole order?
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can partially or totally cancel it by telephone (+33 (0)63 50 26 055 from Monday to Friday from 9h00. to 16h00.) or by e-mail email@example.com. For emails, our handling time can be up to 24 hours, so for last minute changes, a call is often best.

For some brands, we offer to take the measurements specially on our online store. With this service, you will easily find the size that suits you best.
